If your PC has a video card that has its fan, verify that its fan is spinning properly; if it doesn’t then repair the fan. If the fan is unrepairable, replace the video card. Next, run the ePSA diagnostic test. If there are any errors, make a note of the error codes and contact a Dell tech support agent and inform them of the error codes. - Repair Air Temperature Sensor
If you get the error message “Alert! Air temperature sensor not detected” displayed during boot, then you might need to contact a Dell tech support agent for further assistance.
